In Loving Memory of Boris Gamzelev-
In 2003, Boris embarked on a transformative journey, leaving his native Kazakhstan behind to make the United States his new home. Settling in Indiana, he dedicated himself to a fulfilling career as a skilled machine operator until his well-deserved retirement.
Boris was a man of diverse passions, each one a testament to his zest for life. His love for fishing, gardening, cooking, swimming, reading, and woodworking showcased his multifaceted interests.
· A true culinary enthusiast, he immersed himself in the world of gastronomy, meticulously researching recipes and crafting exquisite, high-quality meals that delighted his cherished family and friends.
· In his own backyard, Boris cultivated an organic garden, tending to a vibrant array of vegetables and fruits.
· Several days each week, he found solace in the serene embrace of Potato Creek Park and along the picturesque banks of the St. Joseph River. His angling prowess was a testament to his deep passion, and he took great pride in the bountiful catches he reeled in.
While Boris had made his new home in the United States, a part of his heart remained connected to his extended family in Kazakhstan. Despite the geographical distance that separated them, he was unwavering in his commitment to maintain and nurture those precious ties, always striving to connect with and offer his unwavering support to his relatives overseas.
Boris was the cherished husband of Emma Gamzeleva and a devoted parent to Oleg Gamzelev and Diana Gamzeleva. His absence leaves an irreplaceable void in the lives of his family, and his memory will forever hold a special place in their hearts. The impact he had on those who had the privilege of knowing him is profound, and his presence will be dearly missed.
