Charles E. ‘Chuck’ Schultz, 78, passed away peacefully on December 15, 2025 at his home in Granger, Indiana, surrounded by his loving wife, Beth, and their children, Mark Schultz and Kristin Swank.

Born on March 6,1947, in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, Chuck was known by many for his adventurous spirit. He spent 45 years in Southern California, 21 years in Colorado, and the last 12 years in Indiana, embracing each chapter with enthusiasm.

Chuck proudly served in the United States Marine Corps and was a Vietnam veteran. While stationed in Washington, D.C. with the Marine Corps Presidential Honor Guard following his service in Vietnam, he met the love of his life, Beth.

He loved taking time to head up to the Sierras for camping and fishing with his family and friends. He cherished his time on his Colorado ranch and had a deep love for his reining horses. He prized his time spent fishing with his grandsons and passing on his passion for horses to his granddaughter. Above all, Chuck adored his family, especially his grandchildren.

He is survived by his wife Beth; children Mark (Emily) Schultz and Kristin (Larry II) Swank; brother Martin (Linnie) Schultz; sister Barbara Vogel; and five beloved grandchildren: Brittany, Asher, and Christopher Schultz, and Taylor and Trip Swank.

Chuck will be remembered for his unwavering strength, generous friendship, and the joy he brought to all who knew him.

In lieu of a traditional funeral, the family invites you to raise a glass in celebration of Chuck’s remarkable life and the cherished memories shared.
