Cheryl Nell Greene

Cheryl Nell Greene passed away peacefully at her home on Wednesday, November 13, 2024 at the age of 80. She was born to the late Martin and Elisabeth (Shields) Chin on November 27, 1943 in New York.

 Cheryl spent her life at home raising her children. She was a fabulous cook, especially Chinese, her home was decorated tastefully and she always made everything special. She loved talking about her family and making them happy. Cheryl enjoyed traveling with her 5 sisters and her husband to Hawaii, Mackinac Island and the east coast. Cheryl also enjoyed listening to Il Divo, oldies and watching the Cubs and Yankees. She was also a watercolor artist producing many paintings.

 Cheryl will be missed by her children, Randall “Scott” (Kellie) Greene, and Denise (Steve) Robertson; grandchildren: Matthew, Nicholas and Taylor Greene, Steven Thomas, Jessica Smart and Olivia Rodgers; sisters, Serene Mazzella and Starr Bawab; brother-in-law, Paul Ray Hornberger; and many nieces and nephews.

 Cheryl was preceded in death by her loving husband, Randall; sisters, Pam Ontengco and Candace Hornberger; and brothers-in-law, Eugene Catenacci, Hisham Bawab, Jack Ontengco, Barry, Darrell and David Greene.

 A graveside service will take place for Cheryl on Thursday, November 21, 2024 at 1 p.m. at Fairview Cemetery in Mishawaka, IN.
