Merle Tuning

Merle Tuning passed away peacefully after a year- long battle with cancer on August 15, 2023. He was just 58 years old. Merle was born in Stuttgart, Germany on November 23, 1964 to the late Merle E. and Sitta (Kowalski) Tuning.

Left to cherish Merle are his wife, Donna; step-daughters, Jessica and Semaca Ziegert; brother, Charles; nephews, Rod and Chaz Gross; and many friends.

Merle was the man of the house. He wanted nothing more than for his family to be happy and taken care of. He was selfless in doing things for others. When Merle was diagnosed with cancer, he made sure everything was taken care of for Donna. He loved music, mostly rock-n-roll, Michigan football, and his 2 dogs, Eva and Angel.

Merle will be missed by so many.
