Paul David Jackson passed away peacefully, at the age of 75, with his family by his side on July 16, 2024. He was born in Dallas, Texas on March 1, 1949 to the late Stanley and Lee (Tela) Jackson.

Paul is survived by his wife of 38 years, Michele; son, Eric; grandson, Derrick Annis (Chloe Veit); and granddaughter, Sophie Cochrane.

Paul was preceded in death by his sister, Jan Jackson.

Paul loved everything Notre Dame, from graduating, getting married, working and now being buried there. He also loved the Boston Red Sox, Dallas Cowboys and the Rolling Stones. He enjoyed walking, reading, history, working in his yard, and building models of planes and ships.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Tuesday, July 23, 2024 at Queen of Peace Catholic Church, 4508 Vistula Rd, Mishawaka, IN 46544, at 11 a.m. with visitation an hour prior.

Paul will be cremated and then interred at Cedar Grove Cemetery on the campus of Notre Dame.
