Steve Fay, 60, passed away on Monday, December 18, at Northwestern Memorial Hospital in Chicago.
Steve is survived by his wife, Carla; his children, Matthew and wife Emily Christine, Brittany, Mark, Amy, and Emily Jean; his grandson, Theodore; his father, John; his sister, Susan and husband Michael Koster; and his brother, Scot and wife Karen. He is preceded in death by his mother, Lois.
Steve’s visitation will be from 6-8 PM Thursday, December 21, at Clay Church, 52866 Ironwood Road, South Bend. His funeral will be held at 11 AM on Friday, December 22 at the same location.
