Theresia Valderas

Theresia Ann Valderas, 69, of South Bend IN, passed away on September 1, 2025.

She was born on December 22, 1955 in Yankton, SD to Albert Gehrke and Marie (Cihak) Meredith. She married the love of her life, Louis A. Valderas Jr. on August 28, 1969 in Fort Worth, TX. Louis still survives.

Theresia worked as a secretary for an insurance company. She was active in the community and enjoyed singing. She was a member of the Cathedral of St. Matthew Choir and was a member of the Lady Knights of Columbus #553. She was also a member of the Roseland Citizens Association and a member of Christ the King Catholic Church. 

Left to cherish her memory are her husband, Louis A Valderas of South Bend, IN; her three sons, Terry (Michelle) Valderas of Austin TX; Anthony Valderas of Ft. Worth TX; and Shannon Valderas of Denton, TX.

She will be greatly missed by all.
